EIKA ANDOの作品集 植物でインスタレーション作品をつくるアーティスト。 様々な場所をさすらい、その場で手に入れた草花で、場の空気や植物の声を聞きながら、即興的に世界を作り上げてきました。 本書は、2024年から2026年までの花の表現を編んだ作品集。今作のフィールドは八女、熊本、静岡他日本各地及びニュージーランド。行く先々で風景に出会い、その場で交わした花との対話ん紡いでいます。 綴り糸は大麻の繊維を一針ずつ自信で留めています。 258 x 181mm 32p 2026年 A new artist book by EIKA ANDO, whose installations are created using plants. Working nomadically across different landscapes, Ando gathers grasses and flowers found on site, creating immersive installations through an intuitive dialogue with each place. Listening to the atmosphere of the land and the voices of the plants, she composes ephemeral worlds in response to her surroundings. This publication brings together her floral works made between 2024 and 2026. The fields of this project span Yame, Kumamoto, Shizuoka, and other regions across Japan, as well as New Zealand. Each destination becomes the site of an encounter with the landscape, where conversations with flowers unfold into delicate visual narratives. The binding is hand-sewn by the artist, each stitch secured individually using hemp fiber.
